Our team has more than 10 years of experience in property management with an extensive understanding of the real estate industry.

We partner with colleges of all sizes to offer quality, and affordable furnished apartments around Westwood. We provide furnished apartments in Westwood, off-campus housing for UCLA students, young professionals, and interns achieving their dreams to live in LA.

To provide our tenants hassle-free experience in finding their home, which allows them to focus on achieving their dreams and enjoying the opportunities of what The City Of Angels has to offer.
What We Do
Zuma Housing offers leases for the academic year from September to June, and between the summer of July and August. All our fully-furnished apartments are designed with necessities to accommodate tenant's needs in a comfortable and homey setup.
We also provide maintenance to resolve any issue you may have with your apartment. All you need to do is send a "Maintenance Request Form" through our tenant portal, and you'll be served within 48 hours.
We manage more than 600+ units in Los Angeles. One of the perks of being our tenant is having an option to transfer to other Zuma units.
